What is Sundance Acres?
Sundance Acres is a family-run, three-day all-inclusive private forest wedding and events venue in Barriere, BC. For one weekend the entire property is yours — ceremony and reception spaces, a guest house, an on-site bar, and camping and bonfire areas.
Where exactly are you located?
We're at 821 Barriere Lakes Road in Barriere, BC — about 45 minutes north of Kamloops in the Thompson-Nicola region. See directions →
How much does a wedding here cost?
Full Venue Access is $6,000 for three days (ceremony & reception spaces, guest house, bar, camping, plus setup and teardown days). Day-of coordination is $1,250, and decor & rentals start from $123.
What's included in the all-inclusive package?
Three full days of exclusive use of the property: the ceremony clearing, the reception space, the guest house, the on-site bar, and the camping and bonfire areas — including the days before and after for setup and teardown.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 12–18 months out, especially for summer and early-fall weekends. Because we host only one event at a time, dates are limited — check availability → as soon as you have a date in mind.
